1. Introduction
Welcome to Chuskee AI. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and User Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Offered
Chuskee AI provides white-labeled AI automation services, including but not limited to:
- Instagram, WhatsApp, and Website chatbots
- Lead funnels and CRM systems using tools like Google Sheets, Zapier
- Client dashboards and proposal tools using Notion, Tally, Canva
All services are delivered using no-code tools and branded under "Chuskee Smart Assistants."
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use Chuskee's services.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing necessary access to tools/platforms (e.g., Instagram Business account, WhatsApp API, etc.)
- Responding to communication promptly
- Ensuring submitted content (e.g., product data, FAQs) is accurate and legal
5. Fees and Payment
- All setup fees are due upfront and are non-refundable.
- Monthly or recurring services are billed in advance.
- International payments are accepted via Stripe or PayPal in USD.
- Indian clients may pay via UPI, Razorpay, or bank transfer in INR.
- Late payments beyond 7 calendar days may lead to service suspension.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our services:
- We do not offer refunds once work has begun.
- Subscriptions may be cancelled with 7 days’ written notice before renewal.
7. Intellectual Property
- Clients retain ownership of their brand and business data.
- Chuskee retains ownership of its automation templates, workflows, and intellectual property.
- White-label clients may not resell or redistribute templates without written permission.
8. Confidentiality
All client data, business information, and automation flows are kept strictly confidential. Chuskee does not share your information with any third party without consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Chuskee is not liable for:
- Downtime or disruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Zapier, OpenAI)
- Losses due to client-side errors or misconfigurations
- Delays due to client non-cooperation or delayed responses
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous 30 days.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service if:
- You violate any terms in this agreement
- You misuse the automation tools or data
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior
Clients may terminate anytime with written notice. No refunds are provided after service delivery begins.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Clients can check the same on website.
